HERE EAST, Delancey’s innovation campus in East London, today announces the creation of its state-of-the-art virtual twin.
Leveraging Epic Games's Unreal Engine 5, Squint/Opera created a finely detailed immersive 3D replica of the Here East campus, which is experienced online, in real-time.
The platform is powered by SpaceForm Technologies, which specialises in enterprise virtual experiences for the built environment, allowing potential tenants, investors and communities to experience the campus without leaving their computers.
The detailed insights it provides expedite decision-making processes far beyond what traditional architectural communication tools can offer.
We’re delighted to have delivered this powerful communication tool for Here East. We look forward to seeing how they will leverage this cutting-edge tech to expand their one-million-square-foot site into the limitless and internationally accessible virtual realm.

I am already working in this bilding
For the benefit of those high school kids interested in this profession and perhaps save you lifetime of aggravation if you are talented STEM wise, there is rampant fallacy held by people including myself before I entered architecture school that architects are technical people in traditional STEM sense in addition to working with aesthetics but that is complete false. Architecture education in US is 99% humanities discipline i.e. art, history and english with virtually no science classes to receive a diploma.
